Job Descriptions:
- To manage, monitor and supervise project at site
- Project planning, implementation and progress monitoring
- Responsible for the completion and delivery time of project.
- To monitor site work performance and to liaise with co-ordinate with sub-contractors / suppliers and client etc to ensure quality and completion of project to meet clients’ requirement and satisfaction.
- Ensure proper safe methods of working are adopted and implemented and comply the Safety & Health Guidelines of the site.
- To co-ordinate with main contractor, sub-contractors and check the progress of work.
- To attend project meeting and all site issues.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architectural
- 5 years of working experience preferably in ID fit out industry
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Project
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Based in:
- Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
